Meghan Tamane is the Mentorship Coordinator at Niagara Immigrant Employment Council (NIEC). Over her 5 years at NIEC, Meghan helped develop a region wide multi-connection mentorship model that supports Niagara’s human capital development. Through the mentorship program she has connected over 200 internationally trained professionals with local businesses. Meghan is passionate about community development projects and deeply committed to helping Niagara grow as a vibrant, prosperous community.

Before her current position, Meghan worked at Niagara Workforce Planning Board as a Research Assistant for the Niagara 3D project.

She was born and raised in St Catharines and graduated with a BBA from Brock University in 2010.
