We are dedicated to empowering immigrant and racially marginalized women and their families through trauma informed client centred, culturally responsive comprehensive educational programs and support services. Mission
Empowering immigrant and marginalized women through multi-lens educational workshops, programs, and other support services to improve their economic, educational, and mental well-being outcomes to enhance their role in their own lives, local communities, in business, and in the wider world using our Five Pillars of Empowerment.
Vision

Improved outcomes for marginalized women and their families through trauma informed client centred , culturally responsive and transformative service delivery.

Objectives

To act as a resource  and advocate for marginalized and racialized women and their families  and communities.

To promote equality, equity, and diversity for everyone by advancing education raising awareness on equity-related issues and conducting or commissioning research on these issues.

The success of TOES Niagara is due to the dedication and hard work of our entire team, from the board of directors, management and staff, to our numerous volunteers who give their time and expertise freely for the benefit of others.
