After nearly a decade of community-based programming, TOES Niagara is entering a new phase of its work by deepening its focus on research, policy reform, and systems advocacy. Our frontline experience — including published research with Brock University — has continuously shown us that strong programs need strong evidence, responsive policy, and sustainable funding systems behind them. This next chapter builds on what we have learned so that community impact is not only delivered, but better supported and sustained.
